Office Administrator / Office Assistant

Handling incoming calls and other communications. • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities • Greeting clients and visitors as needed. • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing. • Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required. • Fax, scan and copy documents & maintain office filing and storage systems • Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information • Retrieve information when requested • Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources, Account executives. • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies) • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes. Requirements: • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position preferable
